ABOUT NONPROFIT REPSERVICES ORG

20 Years experience raising over $52 million

Broadline Entertainment is offering a unique and exciting approach to filmmaking which documentaries and artistic organizations have always done – which is sponsored by and funded through Repservices Org, a 501(c)3 fiscal sponsor, in order to support emerging new artists including writers, directors, cast and other talents for hire.

Repservices Org’s mission statement is:  To provide administrative and technical assistance, sponsorship, management, fundraising, fund distribution, and direct donations of cash or services to qualified charitable, educational, and multipurpose nonprofit programs and organizations.

Through Repservices Org, Broadline will complement its post-production and digital marketing of TWENTY to give back 10% of all contributions to the community and 15% of all earned net revenue once TWENTY is released on streaming platforms and distributed internationally starting in 2022. Please refer to Levels of Giving & Benefits under the pull-down menu CHARITY.  If you have questions or need more information before you donate, please email repservices.org@gmail.com or call 425-351-3490.

Fundraising through nonprofit methods

TWENTY is venturing into a unique new area of film funding for feature-length entertainment films historically reserved for documentaries, film shorts and extremely low-budget features specifically reserved for prestigious film contests around the world such as Sundance, Cannes, Toronto, Berlin, and Milan film festivals, all of which have been postponed until either late 2021 or 2022 because of the coronavirus pandemic.  The American Film Market (AFM) is key for securing distribution as it’s the most efficient film acquisition, development and networking event in the world.  Unlike a festival, AFM is a marketplace where production and distribution deals are closed, including online streaming platforms.  More than $1 billion (US) in deals are sealed every year — on both completed films and those in every stage of development and production.

This approach could revolutionize independent filmmaking by giving an opportunity for new filmmakers and artistic talent to succeed by using a fiscal sponsor, opening up a new source of revenue which has never been available to independent filmmakers before – 100% tax-free donations and foundation grants.

As part of Repservices mission statement, we will also offer open discussions and workshops on Current Affairs and the World Today.

As mentioned previously, Michael Moore, a documentarian uses a fiscal sponsor to fund his many successful films and, in several ways, he is able to compete with independent filmmakers on the open market that are not documentarians by retaining world-wide distribution rights.

The film TWENTY is the first project of many, produced by Broadline Entertainment, to be funded in this way.  Please see GIVING BACK on pull-down menu for more information.

Funding for post-production is sponsored by Repservices Org, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
